Warranty returns are subject to inspection in our factory prior to acceptance and approval. Warranty returns will not be accepted on any compressor unless these parts are replaced and the A/C system is serviced as follows:
- Replace accumulator/receiver drier.
- Replace orifice tube or check expansion valve for contamination.
- The A/C system must be flushed and an inline filter must be installed. Flushing must include condenser and evaporator.
- IMPORTANT - Compressors contaminated with black oil or any foreign material will not be warranted. "Sign of improper flushing"
- When replacing a Ford built FX15 or FS10 compressor that has suffered a catastrophic failure, the condenser must be flushed or replaced. If the discharge hose assembly is equipped with a muffler, the hose assembly Must be replaced.

- Inspect all hoses and fittings for leaks and repair as necessary.
- Evacuate system to 29.5 in. HG for 1 hour. The system must hold the vacuum before charging.
